Grim Reaper’s Sprint (rank 1) (lv 20)
If you kill an enemy on your turn then you get a “second turn” subsequently with full AP. (This only applies once per round)
Ninja (rank 1) (lv 20 Sneak 80% Melee or Unarmed 80%)
The Ninja perk grants you the power of the fabled shadow warriors. When attacking with melee or unarmed weapons you gain a +15% critical chance on every strike. Successful attacks while unnoticed deal double damage.
Paralyzing Palm (rank 1) (lv 18 Unarmed 70%)
You have a 30% chance of paralyzing an opponent for 10 seconds ( 1 turn ) with a successful unarmed attack.
Solar Powered (rank 1) (lv 20 End 7)
You gain an additional 2 points to Strength when in direct sunlight (cannot go above racial maximum), and slowly regenerate lost Health at a rate of 1 HP every round. Unlike Night Person, which operates both indoors and out, this perk only operates outdoors in sunlight.
Computer Wiz (rank 1) (lv 18 Int 7 Science 70%)
Whenever a computer is locked down (GM’s descretion) you may attempt to re-hack it one more time!
Infiltrator (rank 1) (lv 18 Per 7 Lockpick 70%)
You can now pick the most difficult locks! You can now pick locks that have been damaged!
